Not far from the Cherry Creek Reservoir, this is the perfect neighborhood for those who like to spend their time outdoors. Meadow HIlls has a population of more than 5,500 people, and the average home price in the neighborhood hovers around $286,000. Saddle Rock, Aurora The Saddle Rock neighborhood is an affluent neighborhood with many large homes. The average house price nears $520,000. While this number may put many potential home buyers off, you’d be surprised at what you can find if you look hard enough. Saddle Rock offers great amenities like a golf course and easy access to the Southlands shopping center.
