With Unreal Estate, we're focused on helping sellers who want to sell their homes without using a traditional agent.

We’ve automated much of the work that a real estate agent does - and that automation creates tremendous savings.

Instead of paying the usual 5-6%, home sellers on our platform pay ZERO sellers commissions and choose whatever buy-side commission they want. (This usually averages about 2.5%)

When it comes to helping buyers, we use agents that work remotely. Since these agents don’t waste time driving around and trying to get more clients, they are 15 times as productive as a traditional agent. This drives major savings. If a buyer wants a “full-service” agent that meets with them in person, we can refer you to the top agent in your area and still ensure that you save on fees and commissions via our agreements with those local agents. 

Instead of paying that phantom 3% commission (that most buyers don’t even realize they’re paying) - we’re giving a piece of that 3% to the referred agent, and we’re giving a chunk of that back to the buyers in the form of a rebate - saving them thousands.

Thinking of the future, the overall vision of the company is to be an end-to-end platform.
